We have started with pointing gaps in external and internal brick work and then sealing with a breathable sealant to prevent water ingress through weathered bricks and joints![]()

Insulation cut and fitted in between joists and fire resistant plyboard cut and fitted with stainless steel screws then will be filled and sanded to be able to paint. ![]()

3 no Bathroom floors completed with LVT click marble effect tile for one of our estate agent customers in a HMO in Nottingham. ![]()

Removed the old Lino floor covering installed new click LVT cutting around existing shower, bath and toilets and sealing with water resistant sealant.

New patio project completed in 600x600mm concrete riven slabs.![]()

Drain was also leaking into old patio as surround/splash back was no tall enough to catch water and concrete had holes in it, so we have remedied this.![]()

Old concrete path broken out of lawn and disposed of and topsoil from dig out graded into area.![]()
