Established in 2019, a property maintenance company that constructs external areas, attends to drainage issues internal/external, gutter cleaning, damp prevention advice & general maintenance throughout
Ongoing project - new raised patio installed over new retaining wall. New gate installed between existing brick pillars and existing path widened. Remaining curved wall to be installed once weather allows.
Recently started external project - raised patio area and curved retaining wall to be installed with new wooden sleeper raised beds fitted. Started well, although weather has not helped! 16 ton of soil dug out and removed from site, footings dug and partly installed for the walls.![]()

Property maintenance in a rental property - 2no ceilings remediated, one had water damage from a leaking shower above it. (Leak fixed by us first before remediation) old flaking paint removed sanded down, filled where needed, treated with a stain resist primer and repainted.![]()
Other old artex scraped off, sanded down, cracks filled and then primed and emulsioned after.![]()
